Daniel Craig gets his Licence to Kill renewed for the fourth time…

JOE absolutely loved the last Bond film, Skyfall, because it effortlessly breathed fresh life into the spy saga while also providing some really nice touches and winks to the films 50th anniversary.

We’re delighted that Sam Mendes is back in the director’s chair for the follow up to the 2012 smash and shooting on 007’s 24th adventure is set to begin on December 6.

The film is scheduled for release in October 2015, which gives the production crew the usual tight turnaround on any Bond film but we’re sure that they will deliver the goods.

Daniel Craig will be picking up his Walther PPK once again and will be joined by Ralph Fiennes as M, Ben Whishaw as Q and, of course, Miss Moneypenny, or Naomie Harris as her parents would call her.

The interest will once again revolve around who plays the role of villain with reports that the producers are looking for someone that is the “classic physically imposing character who has several altercations with Bond throughout the mission”. Here’s hoping they have better hair then Javier Bardem’s character Silva in the last film.

One of our favourite Bond adversaries is Jaws and he was played by the actor Richard Kiel who sadly passed away recently.

We’re sure that the upcoming Bond film will be a brilliant tribute to his memory and another classic instalment in one of cinema’s most beloved franchises.
