Video: The Big Lebowski recreated as an 8-Bit video game is glorious

What we wouldn't give to be able to play this on our Sega Master System

The folks behind the Cinefix YouTube account are nothing short of geniuses. Providing a steady stream of movie-based goodness, their channel is one of the best on YouTube. Our personal favourite thing they do is recreate movies as short 8-Bit video games. In the past they have done the likes of Pulp Fiction, The Dark Knight and Anchorman but this week they really outdid themselves with a version of everyone’s favourite Coen Brothers flick, The Big Lebowski.

In just over three minutes, most of the movie is crammed in here so if you haven’t seen it, yes there are spoilers. But seriously, if you haven’t seen The Big Lebowski yet go watch it now. Go on, we won’t tell you again.

From the tinkled on rug, to the bowling alley to the liberal drinking of White Russians, all the best bits are here, with wonderfully annoying bleepy music too.
