How Hozier ended up locked in a bathroom with Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift during a police raid

The Bray man is keeping some serious company.

Hozier rise to worldwide fame has been nothing short of remarkable. Take Me To Church was a top 10 hit all over the world, he's been nominated for Grammy and BRIT Awards among other things. That success means that Hozier is rubbing shoulders with celebrities and is being invited to all the cool parties. Evidence of that is a story Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift told on BBC Radio 1 about Mark Ronson's party after the Grammys. The local police raided the party, and here's what happened: Ed: "We were at a party in Mark Ronson’s room, and then the police shut it down." Taylor: "It made us feel so cool! We had to hide in a bathroom. I grabbed Ed and I was like, ‘Cops are here, come here, come with me.’ Who would have thought that I was the one who knew how to get going?" Ed: "Hozier was just standing behind a door and I didn’t realise. I opened it up and he was just behind there, standing there." Taylor: "And he is a tall dude so seeing him stand behind a door is just an odd sight. A lot of weird things happened that night." Tis far from Mark Ronson parties that he was reared...
