Adele rules all.

Not every album that has been released since the year 2000 has done massive business in the charts. Robin Thicke only managed to sell about 7 copies of his album while we reckon that copies of Kevin Federline's album, more commonly known as Britney's ex, are currently being given away with boxes of Frosties. Those two lads definitely don't feature on this list though as the best-selling albums of the millennium so far, as charted by the Official Charts Company, have been revealed. We're hardly shocked to see that Adele's 21 topped the chart with sales of nearly 4,740,000. That's a whole load of angst being spread around she has probably rolling in the cash and should lighten up on her next record. We're expecting hardcore acid-house dancebeats and pounding drums. Amy Winehouse's Back to Black is second with over 3,560,000 sales, while James Blunt's Back to Bedlam is at three with 3,310,000 sales. Yep, James Blunt. Snow Patrol and Westlife are the Irish artists that feature and we imagine that quite a fair few of our readers have copies of these albums. Here's the top 50 in full: 1. Adele - 21 2.
