You know the summer weather has turned bad when the endless floods turn our own wheelie bins against us...

That's exactly what happened in the above viral clip, which has received over 47,000 views since being posted to YouTube yesterday.

Titled "The bins in Ireland have come alive and they aint happy" on Reddit/Videos, the clip has steadily been rising on the viral site and shows green wheelie bins on the move with a hilarious Dalek voiceover.

Far be it for us to rain on anyone's parade but we should point out that the clip is actually not from Cork or any other rain-sodden Irish locations from the past few days - it's actually from Newcastle in England, as you can see from the original clip below:

That being said, if this Irish "summer" continues as it has been, we'll have plenty of opportunities to create our own viral clips amid the torrential showers.
