So you saw The Rubberbandits perform at Croke Park last night, right?
The National League kicked off at Croke Park last night, and The Rubberbandits provided the entertainment.
Limerick’s finest exports were on hand to entertain the crowds between the Division 2 clash of Kildare and Tyrone and the All-Ireland rematch between Kerry and Dublin that launched Division 1.
Anyway the reviews for their performance weren’t great based on what we saw on Twitter last night and now thanks to ProjectSmyth we have video of their hit ‘Horse Outside’.
It doesn’t sound too bad to us but we suspect that the swearing may not go down too well with the powers that be at HQ. Also, what was up with the stage? It looks about the size of a surfboard.
Anyway, have a look and listen for yourselves and let us know what you make of it. Is it the biggest Limerick letdown in Croke Park since 1996 or a 1973 like moment of glory for the Treaty?
