There's snow way the weather can get worse. Can it?
We warned you yesterday that the next few days would be pretty rotten, so little surprise to wake up to the pelting rain this morning. But it looks like it is going to get a lot worse.

While we are pretty much used to the wind and rain, Met Eireann are giving us the news that the winter months are poised to be some of our coldest ever, with temperatures plunging to -12C in some parts of the country.
The bone chilling news will have an adverse effect on transportation, while the chances of having a white Christmas are higher than ever before.
Speaking in today’s Daily Mirror, British Weather Services senior meteorologist Jim Dale is predicting a cold snap in January and December.
“It won’t be surprising to see minimum temperatures fall to -10C to -12C and there will be disruption,” he said.
For now people, motorists in particular, are being warned about flooding and high tides, but it looks like we will be battling other elements over winter.
