If you missed the RTÉ News last night you missed the story of Frank Cronin, the 30 year-old NUIG student who is camping on campus for a semester to save money.

Frank is currently studying in NUIG and instead of living on campus, the Dubliner has decided to camp out to save money for books. He’s been doing it for a month now...

He’s swims in the river near the college too and he says it all helps him save money.

The way the this country is going money-wise we can definitely see a trend  of camping on campus catching on.
