We're not an office full of Safety Steve’s here at JOE, but you certainly wouldn't catch us hanging off the side of a 40ft building cleaning windows without a harness, unlike this lad.

Everyone is talking about the English window cleaner who laughs in the face of health and safety regulations, or as he calls them ‘suggestions’. Passers-by couldn’t believe their eyes when the spotted the lad towering above them without any safety gear whatsoever, so naturally they cracked out the video camera.

It happened in Bath, Somerset and apparently since the video has gone viral health and safety officials have launched an investigation.
