Now we would never make light of a motorist driving while under the influence but when a wild-eyed guy asks police "What is drugs?" afterwards, it's hard not to laugh.

Vardan Aslanyan has become a viral star after being apprehended last week after he crashing a Mercedes into another vehicle in north Hollywood. Why did he do it? He's got "swag" apparently.

Police believe that Vardan was high on heroin at the time of his chase, which was broadcast on live television. After being handcuffed a FOX News reporter asked the apprehended Vardan why he led the police on a chase.

"Cause I got swag, I wanted to make it look good," came his wild-eyed reply. Vardan then topped his previous ridiculous comment when asked if he had taken drugs. "What is drugs?" was his grammar-destroying but quite brilliant reply.

Though sadly not captured on tape, police claim that he also described himself as "God's child" after the arrest and said that God had taken over his car. You can enjoy Vardan's brief exchange in the clip above.
