Now there’s a sentence we thought we’d never write...
Without wanting to pass judgment on Enda Kenny, it wouldn’t be stretching it to say that he has annoyed some people in this country, but we’re not the only ones, as his presence is now causing hassle for some Stateside it seems.
The Taoiseach is currently abroad on a brief trip in Boston and was today due to receive an honorary doctorate from Boston College, where he was also due to deliver the commencement address to 3,000 students graduating from the college this semester.
While Inda’s presence was all well and good for those 3,000 students, it didn’t go down well with at least one member of the Boston College Women’s Ice Hockey team, who posted the following message on Twitter only a few hours ago.
