The Luas Red Line is facing delays this morning after a skip removal truck and a Luas collided outside Hueston Station.
Here’s a look at the aftermath of a collision between a Luas travelling towards Tallaght on the Red Line and a skip removal truck doing the early morning shift on Benburb Street (across from Hueston Station). Safe to say, it looks pretty damn serious...
The facts surrounding the incident are still fairly sketchy at the moment as it only happened this morning at around 7.45am, but reports suggest that two males have been taken to hospital to treat minor injuries. Other than the two lads, everyone else seems to have remained unscathed.
Services between Blackhorse and Smithfield have come to a halt as a result, so you might face some delays getting into work if you happen to head in that way.
