JOE's favourite video shop looks to be in serious trouble as they will be appointing a receiver to the company.

Many a day as a kid was spent wandering the aisles of an Xtravision looking for which video to rent, but it seems that not enough of us are doing that these days as the store has gone into receivership today.
The group employs over 1,000 people in 140 stores around the country, but it seems that all the stores will remain open while expressions of interest are sought for possible new owners.
The group has struggled to deal with the advancements in streaming technology and online media, which have seen a huge increase recently.
For those video game enthusiasts amongst us, with both HMV and Game gone and now this, we're running out of places to get our games.
