The CSO has today revealed that unemployment rose again for the month of June - the third successive increase. No wonder, when apparently even swans are signing on too.
The below shot was posted by Reddit user "Darraghd" to Reddit/Ireland this afternoon under the self-explanatory title "The swans in the dole queue - fantastic photo" and appears to show a flock (or a bevy, game, herd, team or wedge) of the birds swanning into a dole office like they own the place.

Unfortunately we can't tell exactly which dole office the swans turned up at, which is why we're hoping that our JOE readers out there can fill in a few blanks for us.
Did you find yourself stuck behind a flock of swans collecting their Children of Lir/cygnet allowance this morning? Don't be afraid about outing these beautiful yet surprisingly intimidating creatures, however, as they certainly can't use the internet... yet.
