Man has late wife’s vagina carved into her headstone

A grieving man in Serbia has created the perfect lady-garden of remembrance after he had a stonemason carve his wife's lady-bits into her headstone. Seriously.

It’s a bit of an unusual way to remember a lost loved one, but Milan Marinkovic, 75, didn’t carve his wife’s private parts into her headstone because of some weird reason. In fact, it was his dying wife’s last wish.

Poor Mrs Marinkovic didn’t want her husband forgetting about her after she died, so she requested that her bits be carved into the headstone for all to see. She even left a series of photographs for the stonemason to work with. We bet Milan wasn’t too happy about that.

However, unsurprisingly, Milan had a bit of trouble getting a stonemason to carve the vagina into the headstone in the first place – Serbia is a religious enough country after all.

Milan, a retired lorry driver of Velika Krusevac, Serbia, said: “The problem wasn’t finding the money but finding an artist who would do it. Most of them said it was blasphemy.

“Now it’s finished I love it and it’s a really good likeness.

“And this way, a part of her will always be with me."

It’s a really good likeness? Well that’s not disgusting at all…
