We really hope this isn't a typo, because we definitely want to know more about this particular standards commission

There's some serious business going on in the United Kingdom related to the British bank HBOS, which needed a massive bail out to the tune of around €30 billion.
Obviously, the lads in charge are getting the blame, which is what the BBC news were talking about earlier on today, but it seems that they might have gotten the name of the commission doing the investigating a bit wrong.

We never knew there was a wanking standards commission and as a result our main question is, what's the standard?
