We have featured the amazing work of photographer Damien Stenson on our site before, but this time he might have surpassed himself.
Taken recently, he was aiming to take a picture of the moon, but it was partially covered by clouds.
Stenson photographed the scene anyway saying that “living in the west of Ireland , you take what you get. About an hour after this the sky had closed over.”
What he got was this amazing vista:
