We have all joked about it but the British press have only gone and claimed Katie Taylor today.

We like to make fun of how Britain treats Andy Murray. He’s Scottish when he loses, British when he wins. Now it seems Katie Taylor's success makes her British too.

This piece, which appears in today’s Daily Telegraph, refers to the pride of Bray as British.
