The US Embassy in Dublin have a great sense of humour

The lads at the US Embassy in Dublin gently take the piss out of someone who lost their passport after what looks like a big night out on the town.

If you haven’t done it yet, you will at some point. You go on holidays, you have one too many drinks and you wake up without your passport. It sucks enough to have a killer hangover but the added hassle of dealing with the embassy and paperwork is one of life’s worst experiences.

So spare a thought for this unknown American passport loser in Dublin. They may have had a bit of a nightmare by losing that valuable little booklet but at least the lads at the Embassy would have given them a laugh by reminding them about the night they ordered five Long Island Iced Teas in a well-known Dublin boozer.
