We think whoever runs the official South African Rugby Twitter account needs some new glasses.
If you’re watching the Ireland/South Africa game you will have seen the shocking late and dangerous hit laid on our flanker Chris Henry by Springbok wing JP Pietersen.
If you didn't, the South African made no attempt to use his arms in the tackle, essentially planting a shoulder charge on the Ulster man as he waited to catch a Garryowen. Pietersen was sin binned but he was lucky he didn’t get red as it was a real shocker.
But the lads who run the official South African Rugby Twitter account (@bokrugby) had a very different view.

We expect this sort of stuff from fans but from the Union themselves? Alleged? Hard done by? Dear oh dear.
We wanted to win this game badly before kick off. We really want to win it now.
