The Ulster lads would have been in great form after victory over the Scarlets last night and we’re sure Andrew Trimble was the victim of plenty of slagging after an unfortunate cameo during the second half.
Ulster’s victory was possibly even more comfortable than the 28-17 scoreline suggests and Mark Anscombe’s men looked in fine fettle ahead of the RaboDirect PRO12 Final, which could see them face Leinster depending on the outcome of the other semi-final this evening.
There were five tries and numerous great moments at Ravenhill last night, but certainly the most amusing one came during the second half and although it involves a bit of a chuckle at Andrew Trimble’s expense, we’re sure even he himself found it funny afterwards.
Trimble did brilliantly to field a clearance kick and chip the ball over the first line of the Scarlets defence but when he attempted to fly hack the ball further down the field, he instead kicked the ground and then fell face first into it.

In fairness to Trimble he had a wry smile to himself afterwards and he should keep the head up because there have been far worse examples of similar incidents already this week.
