The Leinster and Ireland star heads down to the beach to demonstrate why he is a beast on the field.

It is quite scary to think that Cian Healy is only just 26. Most front rows don't hit their prime until their late 20s but the Leinster man has won already won virtually every honour in the game, from a Senior Cup with Belvedere to a Six Nations Championship with Ireland. Oh yeah, and he has three Heineken Cups too. How much silverware he'll accumulate before he hangs up his boots is anyone's guess, but as Cian continues to learn his trade and improve, he's a man with a bright future. And, as this ad for USN shows, if he ever does give up rugby, Cian can always take up the World's Strongest Man for a few quid as he already has one of the disciplines down. Famously, as a teenager, Cian pulled his Dad's car along his local beach in Dollymount to improve his strength and this ad shows him recreating that training technique for pre-season this year, with his now equally famous truck literally in tow. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mM2je5NbGis
