The latest top five put together by FOX Sports is a collection of some of the best length of the pitch tries you are likely to see.
By Declan Whooley
The lads at FOX Sports never cease to entertain us and Sean Maloney passionately highlights what they have deemed to be, along with help from their viewers, the top coast-to-coast tries of all-time. The only proviso being that the tries had to be at least 90 metres.
A Gareth Edwards special from the 70s features along with Christian Cullen putting on the afterburners in 1996, while Maloney also shows his linguistic skills by highlighting a Japanese try against Wales in their native tongue…well kind of.
The mercurial Carlos Spencer takes top spot, as much for his audacity as the try itself, touching down in the corner when he could have easily run under the posts just to make the conversion as difficult as possible.
Another super collection of tries from the boys Down Under.
