Mayo’s Colm Boyle has taken exception to Stephen Hunt’s comments about GAA players

GAA vs Soccer debate heats up.

Stephen Hunt's article in the Sunday Independent today has caused a bit of a backlash in GAA circles. Hunt's article compared football players and GAA players saying that he felt there's was a big difference between the levels of commitment for both sports. The direct quote from the article reads: "If GAA players tried to live with the level of commitment shown by a professional footballer, they wouldn’t know what hit them." Mayo footballer Colm Boyle must have picked up a copy of the paper today and read the article because he's had his say on the matter on Twitter.
