From the draw, to the venues, we have you covered.

After the events of last night at the Aviva (thank you Jonny Walters!) all roads lead to France for Euro 2016 in what will be the biggest European Championships yet.

Biggest ever Euros

24 teams will compete to lift the Henri Delaunay Trophy, which means that there will be an extra knockout round, the last 16.

The draw and seedings

The draw for the tournament will take place in Paris on December 12th and we will find out who we’re going to face next summer. It looks like we will be amongst the 4th seeds and therefore will not be drawn against Wales, Northern Ireland, Turkey, Iceland or Albania.

The pots as it stands contains the following teams:

Pot 1: France, Spain, Germany, England, Portugal, Belgium

Pot 2: Italy, Switzerland, Croatia, Austria, Russia, Ukraine

Pot 3: Hungary, Czech Republic, Sweden, Poland, Romania, Slovakia

Pot 4: Republic of Ireland, Turkey, Iceland, Wales, Albania, Northern Ireland

Note: Subject to change after the conclusion of play-off ties between Denmark and Sweden, and Slovenia and Ukraine.

There will be six groups of four teams. The winners and runners-up will qualify for the last 16 as will the 4 best third place teams.

Host nation France will kick off the tournament on June 10th at the Stade de France in Paris and the tournament will run until the final on July 10th, also at the Stade de France.
