After the events of last night at the Aviva (thank you Jonny Walters!) all roads lead to France for Euro 2016 in what will be the biggest European Championships yet.

24 teams will compete to lift the Henri Delaunay Trophy, which means that there will be an extra knockout round, the last 16.
The draw and seedings
The draw for the tournament will take place in Paris on December 12th and we will find out who we’re going to face next summer. It looks like we will be amongst the 4th seeds and therefore will not be drawn against Wales, Northern Ireland, Turkey, Iceland or Albania.
The pots as it stands contains the following teams:
Pot 1: France, Spain, Germany, England, Portugal, Belgium
Pot 2: Italy, Switzerland, Croatia, Austria, Russia, Ukraine
Pot 3: Hungary, Czech Republic, Sweden, Poland, Romania, Slovakia
Pot 4: Republic of Ireland, Turkey, Iceland, Wales, Albania, Northern Ireland
Note: Subject to change after the conclusion of play-off ties between Denmark and Sweden, and Slovenia and Ukraine.
There will be six groups of four teams. The winners and runners-up will qualify for the last 16 as will the 4 best third place teams.
Host nation France will kick off the tournament on June 10th at the Stade de France in Paris and the tournament will run until the final on July 10th, also at the Stade de France.
Favourable draw for Ireland: England, Switzerland, Romania, Republic of Ireland
Group of death: France, Italy, Sweden, Republic of Ireland
Key Euro 2016 Dates (AKA When to book your holidays!)
The tournament kicks off on June 10 with hosts France playing in the Stade de France.
The last group matches will be completed on June 22.
The round of 16 will be played across the weekend of June 25/26 and on Monday June 27.
Quarter-finals will take place across four days from June 30 to July 3.
Semis-finals are on July 6/7.
The final will be played in the Stade de France on July 10.
Venues
There will be 10 host cities at the finals. They are Paris, Saint-Denis, Bordeaux, Lens, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Saint-Etienne and Toulouse.

The odds
Ladbrokes currently list the Republic of Ireland as 80/1 to lift the trophy next July. Northern Ireland are 200/1, Wales are priced at 50/1, England are 11/1 shots and world champions Germany are the favourites at 3/1.
