One man predicted all of last weekend’s Premier League scores, at odds of 1,917,726,719/1

Sadly for Jackson Isoo, he didn’t do it at the bookies, instead he only won £1,000 in an online prediction game.

Sadly for Jackson Isoo, he didn’t do it at the bookies, instead he only won £1,000 in an online prediction game.

As any punter knows, exact score betting is hugely frustrating market. While predicting a 0-0 in the Manchester United/Chelsea game was easy enough once you saw the teams, would you have done so on Saturday morning? And what about the other shock result last weekend, Cardiff beating Manchester City 3-2. We honestly saw that result and went ‘no one would have predicted that’.

We were wrong. According to today’s Mirror, one footballing clairvoyant called Jackson Isoo called it, along with all the other Premier League scores. Playing an online prediction game called Oddboys.co.uk, Isoo incredibly got all 10 scores exactly right.

If he had gone to his local bookie and done the same, a £1 bet would have netted him £1,917,726,719, plus his pound back. That’s €2,243,271,745.69. That’s billion by they way…

Instead, for his frankly sterling efforts, all Isoo got was a signed Oxford shirt, a crate of beer and £1,000.

So, about that Cardiff result? How did he get it? According to the man himself, it was a mistake as he intended to pick City to win 3-2.

“I only really wanted the signed shirt,” Isoo tells the Mirror, “so when I saw the bonus money up for grabs I just went for it, I’m just gutted I didn’t put a few quid on it at the bookies but I’m pleased with my prize”.
We reckon Isoo might just do a coupon this weekend…
