Pic: Irish guy standing beside Paul McShane might be the best Paul McShane lookalike yet

We barely feel the need to elaborate on our love for Paul McShane, a love that increased further when we learned at the weekend that he’s actually 36 and still capable of dramatic goal-line clearances (ask Jonathan Pearce of the BBC about that one). One of the reasons we admire McShane so much is that he’s one of a kind, or so we thought until this morning, when we stumbled upon a picture of him standing alongside a man who must be his brother from another mother.

The doppelganger in question is Swords man David Hunter, a student in Nottingham these days, and while the picture was actually taken at an Irish training camp last year, it’s that good that we felt the need to bring it to your attention immediately.
