One look could inspire his teammates to victory or strike the fear of god into the hearts of his opposition. Away from the pitch, the Ireland captain is one of the nicest and most friendly people that you could ever hope to meet. His opponents might say differently though because the Ireland legend is the exact opposite on the field. It's the ingredients that make him a born leader, warrior and winner.
