Ireland international Wes Hoolahan was spotted out in Dublin city centre on Saturday night, with a JOE reader on hand to snap him giving money to a homeless person on Dame Street. It's a small moment but shows the kindness of the Norwich City playmaker, and highlights once again the need for a new government to pass meaningful legislation to tackle homelessness in our towns and cities. The person who sent this into us has asked us if he can remain anonymous.
