If there was even the slightest flaw in this manoeuvre the potential to end up looking like an ass was huge. Instead, this guy was responsible for the best karate knockout we’ve seen for a long time.
Granted, we don’t watch an awful lot of karate but this is certainly the best finishing move we’ve seen since Daniel-san’s No Can Defence in The Karate Kid and if there is higher praise than that then we haven’t heard of it.
We’d love to be told the actual technical term for the move, but to us it looks like a flying, spinning bicycle kick that caught the opponent completely off-guard and left him flat on his arse probably wondering what the hell had just happened.
The lad responsible for the kick looked pretty chuffed with himself afterwards and why wouldn’t he be; chances are he’ll never execute it quite so perfectly again.
