Before they took to the stage last night, JOE spoke with the Dutch darting duo of Raymond van Barneveld and Michael van Gerwen.
One is a multiple world champion who is still one of the best players in the world. The other is the new superstar of world darts and the man most likely to finally topple Phil Taylor from the summit of the game.
JOE had the privilege of grabbing a quick chat with Raymond van Barneveld and Michael van Gerwen before they went on stage in the O2 last night in the McCoys Premier League.
It turned out to be a night of contrasting fortunes for the duo as Mighty Mike won both his games, including one over Barney. Barney then drew his second match against arch-nemesis Phil Taylor when the win was there for the taking. The results keep the two lads in position for the semi-finals and the night was yet another huge success, with the crowd having a ball.
