Pitstops have always played a crucial role in Formula One and in that regard it seems that Red Bull have no peers.
The team have enjoyed a lot of success in recent years and with 10 races left in this year’s championship, Sebastian Vettel is 38 points clear at the top of the Driver’s Championship, while Red Bull are 59 points clear of Mercedes in the race for the Constructor’s title, so they look odds on to add more silverware.
While they have clearly have had talented drivers, the team is the crème de la crème too, and this video of their record breaking pitstop looks the part.
Yes it is just a promotional video, and yes there is no fuel taken in onboard, but the slow-mo still looks the part and shows the precision required at such high speeds.
