Offaly man Shane Lowry has won the Portugal Masters today and it is his first European tour win as a professional.

The 25 year-old won the Portugal Masters by a single shot from fellow former Irish Open winner Ross Fisher.

Lowry shot a 66 today, to finish on 14 under par in Vilamoura, Portugal and despite shooting a bogey on the 18th brilliant, shots like this Eagle on the 11th earned him the win today:

Lowry won the Irish Open in 2009 as an amateur, but this, is first win as a pro, will pick him up €375,000 of the 2.5million prize fund.
