The Irish Open is almost sold out but we have 10 tickets to give away

The Irish Open will be in full swing this time next week and it is all but sold out. Luckily for you we have 10 tickets to give away to the Royal Portrush event.

Anyone who burned the midnight (well past midnight to be honest) oil to watch the end of last weekend’s US Open saw Graeme McDowell and Padraig Harrington go very close to landing yet another Major for Ireland.

It was great to see both players back at the top of the leaderboard and it means both will be arriving at next week’s Irish Open in tip-top form. That may be part of the reason why the event at Royal Portrush is all but sold out.

According to reports out of the organisers today, the weekend is sold out and tickets for the first two days are expected to be gone by this time tomorrow.

But don’t despair, you can still be on the Antrim coast to see Rory McIlroy, Darren Clarke, G-Mac, Padraig and a host of other golfing stars thanks to Emirates.
