Having their golf prowess recorded on camera at an early age worked for Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods and we wouldn’t be surprised if this little guy follows in their footsteps.
Both McIlroy and Woods were afforded the opportunity to display the incredible golf skills they honed at an early age while they were still toddlers and while young three-year old Michael Patton from Howth hasn’t appeared on TV (at least not yet), he deserves plenty of exposure for a quite brilliant display of his talents with club and ball.
The video above was filmed by Michael's Dad Rob and sent into us by Michael's cousin Kate Moran of her golf-mad relative nonchalantly lobbing balls into a pretty small target a good 15 yards away.
If you were a real spoilsport (and we know, dear reader, that you aren’t) you might question how many attempts he missed but as far as we can tell there are no camera tricks at play here, merely a young golfing genius at work.
