BASE jumping is an odd sport that only a certain type of person can do and these guys chose to do it off Europe’s tallest hotel.

The Gran Hotel Bali in Benidorm, Spain, is one of Europe’s tallest skyscrapers and it is Europe’s tallest hotel measuring a whopping 186 meters, which is roughly the length of two football pitches put end to end. It's not surprising to think that the hotel boasts 770-plus rooms and less surprising that it’s a hot spot for BASE jumpers the world over.

These three lads have no qualms in jumping on top of an externally mounted elevator and riding it to the very top of the 186-meter building. Their style of ‘guerrilla BASE jumping’ does look a tad illegal, but when you jump of a building for kicks, getting caught by the fuzz, or the 'management' in this case, is probably the least of your worries.

The guys pull it off in style and a crowd, which formed in the process, cheer the men back to the ground. As the Spanish might say: these guys certainly have ‘muchos cojones’. Muchos.

Let us know if your legs got a little ‘jelly like’ while watching the video. You’d be forgiven if they did.
