A gymnast in Germany floored judges this week with an incredible gymnastics demonstration at the 2012 Cottbus World Cup - despite the fact that she's 86 years old.
In footage that will surely impress the similarly-aged Madonna, sprightly octogenarian Johanna Quass stole the show with a jaw-dropping parallel bar and floor demonstration, which you can watch below.
Perhaps even more amazingly, Mrs Quass only began competing in gymnastics when she reached her late 20's, having previously been a part of the East German champion handball team.
Take a look below at the lycra-clad granny but be warned that if you could find either of the inspirational clips sexually arousing in any way, you will actually have to hang your head in shame for a full 24 hours afterwards.
