Usher makes us say ‘OMG’ with garish turqoise suit

Now we know why Usher is always wearing sunglasses - it's the only way he can look at his outfits in the mirror without burning his eyes through their sheer garishness.

When he's not plagiarising a Christmas carol from Homer Simpson, R&B superstar Usher can be found dancing like a talented lunatic, fighting for child support and as always, donning a classy model of sunglasses.

Yet after all these years we've finally discovered why Usher is always wearing a pair of shades, whether he's indoors, dancing or well, doing whatever he does on a daily basis. It's because how else could he wear an outfit such as the one below without causing severe eye damage?

Here it is, in all its 'glory'

Usher showed up at the Billboard Music Awards this month in a bold, extremely brave outfit, albeit one which we don't believe had its required effect. It's certainly attention-grabbing but we feel that the choice of a turquoise colour scheme this garish isn't properly offset by the chambray shirt underneath or his grey loafers.

If anything, the outfit actually reminds us of followers of the unique Congolese 'Le Sape' fashion movement, in which citizes forget about their poverty and stand out from the with ostentatious ensembles.

Thankfully John Legend came prepared and wore glasses to protect his irises

Though we're fans of quite a few Usher hits, we must not forget that he is the man responsible for giving the world Justin Bieber. Now, however, it seems that he's alternating between crimes of natures to fashion crimes.
