Is Mario Balotelli really the world's second best dressed man? GQ thinks so

30/01/2012 12:07 pm

From dubious glove hats to his penchant for shaving nonsensical patterns in his hair, Mario Balotelli's fashion style is just as eccentric as his personality, yet is he one of the world's best-dressed men?

According to men's style bible GQ, the Manchester City is the second best dressed man in Britain, with the player only losing out to rapper Tinie Tempah.

The magazine's picks include future Superman and Spider-Man actors Henry Cavill and Andrew Garfield, Twilight star Robert Pattinson and Kasabian guitarist Sergio Pizzorno. Chris Brown was on the receiving end of a beating for a change after topping the magazine's worst dressed picks.

The results are part of the GQ Best Dressed Men List 2012, which appears in the March issue of GQ, available from Thursday. Hopefully we'll get a full explanation for the Italian's extremely suprising inclusion. The full top ten is as follows:

1. Tinie Tempah

2. Mario Balotelli

3. Matt Smith

4. Robert Pattinson

5. Andrew Garfield

6. Henry Cavill

7. Idris Elba

8. Christian Bale

9. Sergio Pizzorno

10. Ian Brown
