The recent passing of Steve Jobs hasn’t slowed down his company, Apple, with the news this morning that they’ll be launching a brand spanking new refresh of its iMac line very soon.
Fox News are reporting that the new line will offer expanded SSD capacities and a slimmer form factor thanks to the removal of its optical drive. Rumours are now flying about the possible design of the product, with many wondering if it will sport Apple’s patented Retina display.
In June they announced new additions to its MacBook Air and MacBook Pro ranges during the worldwide developer’s conference. Just last week an invitation went out to the press for what is widely expected to be the announcement of the iPhone 5; this is likely to be when we'll hear about the new iMac also.
That will take place this Wednesday September 12th at around 6pm Irish time and we’ll bring you all the bants from the hotly anticipated affair.
