Hooray for stalking as Facebook hits the billion user mark

“Helping a billion people connect is amazing, humbling and by far the thing I am most proud of in my life,” Zuckerburg said.
“We are committed to working every day to make Facebook better for you, and hopefully together one day we will be able to connect the rest of the world too.
With great popularity comes great responsibility, however, and with the company recently floated on the stock exchange, Facebook will seek to increase its monetary power in a bid to satisfy increasing shareholders and attract new ones, according to the Irish Independent.
