Brian Gregan shows us exactly what you've got to give in order to compete for Ireland at the highest level.

The 2013 European Indoor Athletics championships are currently taking place in Gothenburg, Sweden, and unfortunately for Brian Gregan, he took a bit of a spill during his 400m semi-final earlier today.
About halfway through the race, Gregan had pushed into third and had his eye on a strong finish when he was caught by Ukraine's Voldomyr Burakov from behind, leaving him with a nasty gash on his ankle.

Nine stitches later, Gregan was on Twitter to show us the aftermath, as well as to congratulate Ciaran O'Lionaird, who claimed bronze in the 3000m. A heartfelt congrats from us too Ciaran!
