A new survey by MSN announced that 79% of people admit they could likely save at least one to two hours every day taking a smarter approach to their personal to-do lists.

A crazy 6 out of 10 of people feel their personal to-do lists keep them from doing all the things they love doing. What could you be doing with all that time if you got organized?

It could give you an extra 1.5 hours in the day which builds up to 23 days a year. With all that extra time you could watch 328 movies, play 312 soccer matches, run 118 marathons, or sit down to 547 meals with your family.

53 per cent of people do not feel knowledgeable and confident enough to fully utilise technology to help them manage their to-do lists in a smarter way. 47 per cent say they actively use technology to save time.

So what do we end up doing with all that time?

1. Housework & chores

2. Shopping & errands

3. Meals / cooking

4.Managing social calendar

5. Homework / helping kids with homework
