Jan Evans, who is based in Inistioge, captured these two contrasting images, just a few days apart.
The first shot shows the Kilkenny village bathed in sunlight, not a cloud in the sky, while the second shot shows just how devastating the Storm Frank flooding has been in the area.
It’s clear to see how much of the village has now been submerged under the flooding from the River Nore.
