Imagine. People are queuing for kilometres to get into a shop when they could’ve been sitting in their garden waiting for a drone to drop in.
On Friday, Ireland hosted the world’s first BBQ drone delivery just in time for everyone to enjoy the grey skies of Phase 2 freedom.
A lot of companies throughout the country have been using drones during lockdown and, at last, BBQs were on the menu.
Bull’s-Eye BBQ Sauces have made an exciting world-first happen at a time when we all deserve to treat ourselves a little.
The competition offered one lucky winner the chance to sit on their arse and wait for a delivery of:

And it was in Wicklow where the raft of mouthwatering products were delivered directly to the door.
John Ridley of Arklow was the one with the good fortune.
“I couldn’t believe it when I learned that I’d won, and seeing my BBQ treats arriving by drone was really quite amazing!” he said.
“Now I have everything I need, I can’t wait to fire up the BBQ and invite my friends round for the first time in ages.”
