You’re the man, Steve!
We really don’t know what goes on in meetings between studios and producers, but a large part of us hope that the creators of Big Mouth said to Netflix “maybe we should pin him to the ground, shove it in his mouth. Just the sheer fucking degradation.”
Of course, we’re talking about the prospect of Season 3 of the wonderful cartoon and if you watch Big Mouth, you’ll 100% get that filthy reference.
On that note, we’re delighted to say that the comedy has been renewed for a third season at Netflix.
As stated previously, we’re massive fans of the show and Season 2 had some exquisite moments – Coach Steve’s Hormone Monster, Guy Town, and the Planned Parenthood episode being noteworthy – and it seems like things are going to get even more depraved.
Truth be told, we just want more lines like “You’re the man Steve, give her a kidney” from Coach Steve’s Hormone Monster.
In case you’re not familiar with the show, the filthy cartoon follows a group of middle schoolers who battle with the emotional baggage that comes with growing up, including hormones at full tilt and the awkward realities of self-discovery, body image shame, sex ed classes and more.
It’s filthy, funny, and more educational than it has any right to be.
As for Season 3? We’re pumped.
