The suspects are at large.
An angle grinder was used as part of a cash-in-transit (CIT) robbery in Dublin on Saturday, 26 November.
At approximately 6.20pm, two men approached and threatened a cash-in-transit security staff member outside a shopping centre on Orwell Road in Templeogue.
The two men subsequently entered the CIT van and removed the safe inside via the use of an angle grinder. Afterwards, the men fled the scene in a silver saloon car.
None of the security personnel involved in the incident were physically harmed. The safe contained an undisclosed amount of cash.
The car used to flee the scene, a silver Ford Focus, was later discovered in a burnt-out state at Dunree Park in Coolock, Dublin 5.
An Garda Síochána has issued an appeal for witnesses to the crime to come forward. Gardaí are particularly appealing to motorists with dash-cam footage from the vicinity before and after the robbery took place to make it available to them.
