A JOE reader who goes by the name of Itchy Ovaries on Twitter has just sent us in a picture which appears to show a gaggle of nuns gearing up for a few days away from the parish.
Upon closer inspection, JOE must admit that ladies in the picture probably aren’t real nuns and if were to guess we’d say they may have dressed up for a hen-party or else they’re off to the Galway Races.
Either way, if you see Sister Assumpta and her band of merry maidens make sure to find out whether they’re really women of the cloth, or if they’ve just dressed up for the craic. Unless, of course, you’re not the biggest fan of nuns...
