Have you ever decided to cook something for your significant other from a cookbook, but looked at the list of ingredients and figured you’d never find the ingredients?
Pointy is a new app that lets you search for food, gadgets, beer, whatever the hell you want and it’ll come back with a list of the closest shops that are stocking the product you’re looking for.
There are almost 250,000 on the app’s system and they’re expanding all the time.
We tested it out, and put in a search for almond milk close to the JOE offices in Dublin.
Granted, we prefer our bainne to be of the traditional kind, but this was done for research purposes only, you understand.
Pretty handy.
