It’s not easy starting up your own business, but it is doable – or dough-able in this case. That's why JOE recently had a chat with Graham Clarke of Kooky Dough to find out what it’s like starting up a company in Ireland.

Recently, we attended the AIB Start-Up Academy event in The Cornstore Restaurant in Cork, where we met the budding entrepreneur Graham Clarke of Kooky Dough. In the video, we find out Graham’s ‘big secret’, which he had been keeping under his hat for a number of years.
