It’s not easy starting up your own business, but it is doable – or dough-able in this case. That’s why JOE recently had a chat with Graham Clarke of Kooky Dough to find out what it’s like starting up a company in Ireland.

Recently, we attended the AIB Start-Up Academy event in The Cornstore Restaurant in Cork, where we met the budding entrepreneur Graham Clarke of Kooky Dough.

In the video, we find out Graham’s ‘big secret’, which he had been keeping under his hat for a number of years.

Having seen cookie dough products in the US while he was on a J1, Graham believed that a high quality, all-natural cookie dough product could be a great success here in Ireland, due to our love affair with biscuits and whatnot.

Check out the video above to find out more about Graham and for more on the AIB Start-Up Academy head on over to the AIB Facebook page.
